24 yrs old male patient Mr G M , working as
an engineer which involves prolonged
standing, presented with pain in Left leg &
Large varicosityies in posterior calf. Venous
Doppler study revealed S-P junction
incompetence , refluxing SSV & Superficial
varicosities. The SSV was ablated using
endovenous laser procedure. Large
varicosities in posterior calf was removed
with microphlebectomy procedure. He had
an excellent results within a month.
