77-year-old female patient

• Presented with severe rest pain in both lower limbs.
• Femoral artery pulsations were absent.
• Doppler ultrasound showed critical infrarenal abdominal aorta stenosis.
• Procedure performed under local anesthesia.
• Balloon angioplasty reduced stenosis to less than 10%.
• Procedure duration: 20 minutes.
• Immediate pulse recovery observed.
• Discharged after 48 hours.
